How do I pay my rent?

Rent is accepted in the form of electronic payment, cashier’s check, money order or personal check.

PAYING Via Electronic Transfer or depositing at any Bank of America:
In-Town Holdings recommends paying your rent electronically. You can contact us for account information and you can deposit rent at a branch, ATM or via ACH transfer from your bank.

PAYING VIA Paypal with a credit card:
You may use a credit card, debit card via Paypal to pay your rent. However, a 3% transaction fee MUST be added to each payment made using one of these options.
